I respect the privacy of my customers and website visitors. I only use personal data for the purpose for which they were provided and by the privacy law General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable throughout the European Union (EU) and the Telecommunications Act.

About Work Together

The website WorkTogether.tech is managed by Work Together. Work Together is the controller responsible for processing your personal data within the meaning of the Privacy law General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter GDPR):

What data do I collect?

When you fill out the contact form, request a quote or ask for information about one of my services or sign up to receive my updates, you will be asked to fill in the information. In that case, I only work out the data you provide to me and can be the following information:

  1. Name and surname;
  2. E-mail address;
  3. Telephone number;
  4. Company name;
  5. Street and house number;
  6. Place of residence;
  7. CoC number.

For what purpose do I use the personal data?

The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

  1. When you send me an e-mail directly or fill in a contact form, your **Name, company name,**E-mail address and phone number necessary to provide you with a response.
  • Your Name, Company, E-mail address, website and Phone number you fill in the contact form or mention in an e-mail for a question, are only used by me to be able to answer you. For a quotation or information request, I use your details to make the quotation, compile the information for you. This data is stored in my online administration system, and I take you as a contact person in my e-mail system (Outlook – Office 365).
  • I will use your name and E-mail address for sending out updates when a blog post is published on the website worktogether.tech. This will only happen when you reacted on one of the posts and wanted to be notified of other comments. I do not use the data that came with me directly via e-mail. Also not when this is through contact, quotation or evaluation forms.

By submitting the data to me, you permit me to use the data for the purposes mentioned above. Also, some of these data are necessary for the execution of an agreement if I am going to perform work or take care of coaching.

With who do I share your personal data?

Your name, email address (and if applicable your company name) are stored on servers of:

Office 365 (Microsoft) For mail traffic and data processing, I use Microsoft Office 365 Business. On August 1, 2016, Microsoft signed up for the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield as the first global cloud service provider. All data transfers are carried out under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. For more information about the Microsoft Privacy Policy, latest status updates about GDPR compliance, data storage, and data transfer locations, you can find here. As a location for the data servers, I opted for Europe (a setting within Office 365).

Personal Data security

I have taken appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption using an SSL certificate and two-factor authentication, provide a level of security that suits the data that I am processing from Work Together.

Cookies

Google Analytics Because I want to know how our visitors use this website, so that we can optimize the use of the website, I use Google Analytics. Therefore, Google’s analytical cookies are placed on this website. The information is anonymized as well as possible. Your IP address is not used explicitly. Therefore, I cannot personally manage you. You can learn more about Google Analytics policies here Find.

Microsoft Application Insights Because I want to know the performance of this website, I Use Microsoft Application Insights. The performance data is saved on Microsoft Azure Platform in the West European datacenters

Retention period

I will not store your information any longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received.

I will only use the data to reply to a message that you have sent to me using the contact form, within one year after the last correspondence is removed with you.

I keep the data in the administration system for at least seven years, among others to comply with our legal obligation. I will delete this information within one year of the expiration of that obligation.

The above term applies unless there are further legal obligations for me to keep the data longer and available.

Rights

You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, after which I will not process your data anymore. The withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing by your consent, which took place before such cancellation.

You are also entitled to access your personal data and the right to rectify your personal data.  If you want to know which personal data I am processing from you, you can make a written inspection request. If your details are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask me in writing to modify or supplement your data.

Also, you have a right to delete your personal data, a right to restrict the processing and a right to object to the processing. Also, you are entitled to transfer or to make your data transferred. You can also make a written request for this.

We will take care of your request within four weeks. A written request can also be made by e-mail. You can email your request to me via arjan@worktogether.tech

Changes

I reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. The amendments shall enter into force at the time of entry into effect.
